Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom Orders:  All quotes are valid until the specified due date. All orders remain unconfirmed until a deposit is paid and may be cancelled at any time if your invoice remains unpaid.

Orders that are less than $100 are due at booking. For orders $100.01 and above, a retainer in the amount of 50% is due at booking. There is a 3-day grace period for payment. If payment is not made within 3 days, invoice will be cancelled and the selected date will no longer be held.

 

The retainer is for, but not limited to the following: research, materials purchased, design time and required travel expenses. Due to the nature of custom designed orders, retainers are non-refundable but are transferable in certain instances.

 

If applicable , retainer can be applied towards a future order IF cancellation is done within 14 calendar days of order due date. If cancellation is less than 14 calendar days all monies are forfeited. Returns are NOT accepted, with these few exceptions: structural issues, taste discrepancies and or malfeasance on our part. At least 50% of the product must be returned and refund will only be processed in the manner that the payment was received. Returns will not be given for design issues if we were given creative control.

We love taking photos of your desserts and reserve the right to upload these across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for us to share images of your cake and/or treats, this must be specified at the time of placing an order.
